Ask Restaurants Ltd Trustworthy good Italian food, but service is variable
I eat at Ask far more often than I probably should, because the food is reliably good - you know exactly what you're getting and standards are consistent.

It would be nice to see more seasonal variations and specials in the Berko branch though, as it sometimes feels a bit predictable, but you can't fault it for affordability, quality and flavour.

I love the Berko restaurant in the summer when they open the big windows at the front - almost like al fresco dining but not quite as chilly!

My only gripe would be that in my experience the service is variable. There are some very very polite, helpful and smiley staff in the Berko branch, but I've also been served by one or two who are a bit sullen and unhelpful.

Still, overall, yummy, good value food with lovely flavours. They do good deals for take-away pizzas too and I would recommend it.

ASK is a great place for a relaxed meal with friends - you always know what you're getting and the staff are friendly.

Ask is a nice pizza place, great atmosphere, ideal for a birthday meal with friends, casual dining, good for big groups. Great selection of pizzas on the menu but I feel they could also offer a better selection of non pizza and pasta meals, food is good and fairly reasonable, parking can be a bit of a problem but centrally located. They have a good selection of wines, the restuant is tastefully decorated, it is modern and bright, The staff are nice and polite, generally not a bad place to eat during the week or at the weekend, may need to book though especially at the weekend. Would recommend.

Ask Restaurants Ltd Great all round restaurant
Ask is a really nice casual restaurant, somewhere you can just pop to after work for a quick bite or with a group of mates for a birthday.

The food's really good, and they are happy for you to adjust your order slightly. Good prices for Berko aswell and I find that just a main course is usually enough to fill me up.

The service is really good too, whoevers serving always has a smile and is prompt to bring a menu, and they've always got the order spot on with me.

So overall I gave it four stars for the above reasons :)
